PRODUCT CENTER
The grid is the core hydraulic flocculation component within the grid flocculation tank of a water treatment plant. It is installed inside the coagulation reaction shaft and belongs to the flocculation unit positioned after chemical dosing and before the sedimentation tank.

The grid flocculation tank consists of multiple vertical compartments connected in series. The influent water flows sequentially from one compartment to the next, moving in an alternating up-and-down pattern until it reaches the outlet. The flocculation tank is generally divided into three stages: the front stage has a higher density of grids, the middle stage has fewer grids, and the final stage typically has no grids, with the flow velocity decreasing progressively across each stage.
Typically configured in three stages: the first stage has a grid-passing velocity of 0.3–0.25 m/s; the second stage has a grid-passing velocity of 0.25–0.22 m/s; the third stage has no grids installed.
Each stage may include 2–3 layers as needed, with a total hydraulic retention time generally ranging from 10 to 20 minutes.
Can be manufactured to meet specific design requirements.
ABS, PP, Stainless steel, UPVC

The grid and bar structure layers are uniformly arranged, resulting in consistent energy dissipation; the energy utilization efficiency is high with minimal head loss.
ABS grids (bars) offer excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
Attractive appearance, long service life, easy installation, and convenient disassembly.
Does not promote algae growth, exhibits strong adaptability to varying water quality and flow conditions, and delivers effective flocculation performance.
