Structure and Conveying Process
The shaftless screw conveyor consists of a shaftless spiral, U-shaped trough, lining plates, cover plates, inlet/outlet ports, and a drive unit. Materials are fed through the inlet port, pushed by the spiral, and discharged through the outlet port.
1. Simple structure with no bearings in the trough ensuring smooth material flow and easy maintenance.
2. Optional universal joint couplings from our company are available to completely eliminate the risk of shaft breakage.
3. Except for the open inlet and outlet ports, all other sections can be fully enclosed to prevent material spillage and reduce air pollution.
