The electroplating heavy-metal wastewater treatment system comprises an oxidation-precipitation reaction tank (dosed with TN-102), a heavy-metal capture reaction tank (dosed with TN-101), a coagulation reaction tank (dosed with coagulant and coagulant aid), an inclined-tube settling tank, a microfiltration circulation reaction tank (dosed with COD adsorbent TN-103 or TN-104), microfiltration membrane modules (dosed with TN-103 or TN-104), a composite ion-exchange bed (a mixture of several chelating resins) and an online heavy-metal analyser. After treatment the effluent meets the Table 3 limits of the electroplating pollutant discharge standard.
